Vector Art - Vampire Knight - Yuki Cross

Serving up, "Moonlight Maiden", my second VK deviation. The image of Yuki was screen-capped and vectored from the ending credits of the VK anime. I really liked this shot of Yuki I vectored it on an on-off basis and as always, it was quite hard to work with a poor quality screencap. The window and the rest of the design was made by me in PS. The window was drawn based on the original design by Matsuri Hino and the moon in the background was from another VK screencap. I was working with the idea of a "Still doll" (from the ending song in the anime) and I wanted to make something that looked sad but not as sad as Yuki crying red tears as in the ending credits >_<; It was quite painful to have to resize the original vector of Yuki down to fit in with the rest of the design because you miss out on so much detail but the final result was quite fitting with what I was aiming for. ^^

Also, my monitor is weird - so if the glow is a little too bright, please tell me >_<; Anyway, off to watch VK now
